*FREE SHIPPING

The free shipping only applies to orders over 700kr worth of value. The free shipping may not work with certain special promotions / discount coupons.

MINIMUM VALUE FOR ORDER

The minimum order value for all orders is 65kr plus shipping.
This means that We will not accept and process orders that have a value of less than 65kr.

COUNTRIES WE CURRENTLY SHIP TO & FEES

We at GetVoon work hard to offer you the best conditions for shipping. At the moment We are in a startup phase and it is therefore difficult to negotiate good deals with the major suppliers. We will work towards attaining better shipping rates as our order volume grows.

We currently do not sell or ship outside of Europe.

DELIVERIES

The package is delivered to the address indicated by you in your Order (if sent by letter parcel) or the closest servicepoint (after unsuccessful attempts made by DHL/UPS). You are responsible to check the nearest DHL/UPS servicepoint. We cannot deliver to a P.O. box due to courier restrictions.

When you have placed your Order, the Products are packed the same day and shipped as quickly as possible to you. With Our current partners, you will usually receive your parcel within the timeframe listed in the below table. During promotions or unexpectedly large demand on any Product, it may, however, take a little longer and we cannot make any guarantees. Please also note that We do not guarantee that any Product is not stopped or delayed at the customs.
